Copper Spare Parts for Mesh Welding Machines
Copper spare parts for mesh welding machines. Electrodes, electrode holders and other copper parts for welded-mesh lines — compatible with SCHLATTER, EVG, IDEAL, EUROBEND, CLIFFORD, TILLOS, GOLDEN SPOT, STRECKER, APILION, PRATTO, SCHNELL and other machines. Parts can be made to your machine's drawing or sample dimensions.
A mesh welding machine passes its welding current through copper parts — the electrodes that press on the line and cross wires at each weld, the holders that carry them, and the contact blocks that bring the current in. These parts carry heat and pressure on every weld, so they wear and are replaced on a schedule. The machine makers sell them as spare parts against a machine number; they rarely publish them.
Overview
Overview
Relink.Tools supplies copper parts for mesh welding machines of many makes, matched to the machine model, a drawing or a worn sample. Tell us the make and model of your welder and the part you need.
Part of a mesh plant's tooling
The same mesh plant that runs the welder usually cold-rolls its own wire first. Cold rolling cassettes, carbide roll rings and roll holders come from us too, so copper parts and rolling tooling can go on one order. See Steel reinforcing mesh: tooling by stage.

| Part | What it does | Supplied as |
|---|---|---|
| Welding electrodes | Press on the wires and carry the current through each weld | To the machine model, drawing or sample |
| Electrode holders | Carry the electrodes on the welding beam | To the machine model, drawing or sample |
| Contact blocks | Bring the current from the transformer to the welding head | To drawing or sample |
| Other copper parts | Any other copper part on the welding line | To drawing or sample |
Alloy. Choose from CuCrZr, CuCoBe, CuCoNiBe or tungsten copper, depending on welding current and wear. Not sure which? Tell us the machine and wire size, and we will recommend one.
Compatible machines
Which mesh welding machines?
Copper parts are available for mesh welding machines from SCHLATTER, EVG, IDEAL, EUROBEND, CLIFFORD, TILLOS, GOLDEN SPOT, STRECKER, APILION, PRATTO, SCHNELL and others.
To match a part exactly, send what you have:
- the machine make and model, and the machine number if you have it;
- the mesh you weld (reinforcing mesh, fence panels or other) and the wire size range;
- the part name, the part number from the machine manual, a drawing, or a photo of the old part with its main dimensions.
The machine and brand names above identify compatibility only. Relink.Tools supplies spare parts, not the machines.
FAQ
FAQ
Which copper parts on a mesh welder wear out?
The welding electrodes wear fastest, because they take the heat and pressure of every weld. Electrode holders and contact blocks last longer but are replaced when they lose shape or contact.
Can you supply electrodes for my mesh welder?
Yes, for SCHLATTER, EVG, IDEAL, EUROBEND and the other makes listed above. Send the machine make and model, and the part number or a photo of the old electrode.
What should I send to get an exact match?
A drawing is best. If you have none, the part number from the machine manual or a photo of the old part with its main dimensions is enough to start.
Which copper alloy should I choose?
It depends on the welding current and the wear on the part. CuCrZr, CuCoBe, CuCoNiBe and tungsten copper are available; tell us the machine and the wire size and we recommend one.
What is the lead time?
Usually about 15 days, confirmed by item and quantity when we quote.
