Tooling by production line
Tooling Matched to Your Machines, for Every Stage of Your Line
Start from what you make
Our products are organised by material and type on the product pages. Most buyers do not start there: they start from a machine and a product — a mesh line, a nail machine, a header, a cable line — and need to know which parts go where and what to send us for a quote. These pages are written that way, one per production line.
The table is the short version. Wire rod is reduced to size either by cold rolling through carbide roll rings or by drawing through dies; which one depends on the product and the volume. From there each line has its own forming and finishing tooling.
| What you make | Who you are | How the rod is reduced | What we supply |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plain welded mesh | Mesh plant | Cold rolling (drawing for small volumes) | Roll rings · cassettes · roller holders · welder copper parts · drawing dies |
| Ribbed reinforcement mesh | Reinforcement mesh plant | Cold rolling with ribbing | Roll rings · cassettes · roller holders · welder copper parts |
| PC strand, spring, rope and bead wire | High-carbon wire mill | Drawing | Nano, PCD and carbide drawing dies · drawing powder |
| Nails | Nail plant | Drawing | Drawing dies · gripper dies, cutters, punches · planetary thread rolling dies · collating wheels |
| Bolts, screws and nuts | Fastener plant | Drawing | Drawing dies · cold heading tooling · thread rolling dies |
| Wire and cable | Cable plant | Drawing | Drawing dies · compacting and shaped dies · extrusion tips and dies |

Welded meshRoll it or draw it; plain and ribbed wire; welder parts.
High-carbon wireWhich die material in which position of the string.
Nail makingFour tooling stages, matched to the nail machine model.
FastenersHeading, trimming, extrusion and thread rolling tooling to drawing.
Wire and cableDrawing, compacting and extrusion tooling that decide insulation cost.- How we workWhat we need from you, what you get from us, and how we quote and ship.
If your line is not here
Tell us what you make and what machines you run. Most wire, mesh and fastener lines use some combination of the tooling above, and we will say plainly which parts we can supply and which we cannot.
