Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of relink.tools and to orders placed with ZHUZHOU RELINK CEMENTED CARBIDE CO., LTD. ("Relink.Tools", "we"). Where a quotation, proforma invoice or signed contract says something different, that document takes priority for that order.

1. Information on this site

The technical content on this site — selection advice, typical life figures, size ranges and compatibility lists — is given as guidance to help you choose tooling. It is not a guarantee of performance: results depend on your wire, machine, lubrication and operating conditions. Sizes, tolerances, grades and geometry are binding only as confirmed in writing on your order.

Machine and brand names are used only to identify compatibility. They belong to their owners, and Relink.Tools is not affiliated with them. We supply tooling, not the machines.

2. Quotations

A quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise. Carbide tooling prices follow the tungsten market; if raw material prices move sharply before an order is confirmed, we may revise the quotation and will tell you before you commit.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, normally by proforma invoice. The proforma invoice sets out the goods, drawings or specifications, price, delivery term and payment terms for that order. The minimum order is one piece; samples and small trial lots are agreed case by case.

For tooling made to your drawing or sample, you are responsible for the accuracy of the drawing and for having the right to have the part made.

4. Payment

Payment is normally by T/T: 50% deposit with the order and 50% before shipment. A letter of credit can be agreed for larger orders. Bank charges outside China are for the buyer's account.

Check before you pay. Our bank details are sent only from an @relink.tools email address, in the name of ZHUZHOU RELINK CEMENTED CARBIDE CO., LTD. If you receive a request to pay a different account or a different company name, do not pay; call us on +86 150 7410 7929 or +86 731 2833 8048 to confirm first.

5. Delivery

Lead time is typically about 15 days from order confirmation and receipt of the deposit, confirmed by item and quantity; the date for your order is stated on the proforma invoice. Small items are shipped by international courier; larger items by sea, on wooden pallets or in wooden cases. The delivery term (Incoterms) for each order is the one stated on the proforma invoice, and risk passes accordingly. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are for the buyer's account unless the delivery term says otherwise.

6. Inspection and quality claims

Goods are supplied with a full dimensional inspection report. Please check the goods on arrival. If you find that goods do not match the confirmed drawing or specification, tell us in writing within 30 days of receipt, with photos and your measurement data, and keep the parts available for review.

Where a claim is confirmed, we will replace the parts concerned or refund their price, as agreed with you. These are our standard terms; every case is different, so please talk it through with our staff, and we will work out the handling with you. Tooling is a wear part: normal wear, and damage from installation, misalignment, lubrication or operating conditions, are not defects.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost production or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law. If your order needs different terms, raise it with our staff before the order is confirmed and we will put what is agreed in writing.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, export or import restrictions, transport disruption and shortages of raw material. We will tell you promptly and agree a revised date.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will try to settle any dispute by discussion first. If that fails, the dispute is submitted to the competent court in Zhuzhou, Hunan, China.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the date of your order applies to that order. Questions: [email protected].
