What do you need from me to quote?
For roll rings and nail tooling, the machine model is enough. For wire drawing dies, tell us the wire grade and the inlet and outlet sizes. For fastener tooling, send a drawing or photo, the part and the quantity. The form only needs what you are after and an email or WhatsApp number; the technical details are optional, but they get you a faster quote.
Can I order a sample or a small trial quantity first?
Yes. Orders start from one piece. Samples and small trial batches are arranged with our sales team.
What is the typical lead time?
Typically about 15 days, confirmed by item and quantity.
Can you make tooling to my drawing?
Yes. Tooling is supplied to your drawing.
What are your payment terms?
T/T: 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. A letter of credit (L/C) can be used for large orders.
How do you ship?
Small parts go by international express. Heavy items go by sea, on wooden pallets or in wooden crates.
What inspection documents come with the order?
Every order ships with a full dimensional inspection report.
Do you sell to distributors as well as end users?
Yes. We supply both.
