Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ZHUZHOU RELINK CEMENTED CARBIDE CO., LTD. ("Relink.Tools", "we") collects through relink.tools and what we do with it. The site is a static website: it has no user accounts, no comments and no online payment.

1. What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the quote form we collect what you enter: company name, email address or WhatsApp number, whether you are a distributor or an end user, the product you are asking about with its technical details (such as machine model, sizes and quantity), your message, and any files you attach (up to five files, 10 MB in total), such as drawings or parts lists. The form also records the page you sent it from and when the form was opened, so that we can see what you were looking at and filter out automated spam. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send.

Information collected automatically. The site loads one Google tag, used for two things:

  • Google Analytics 4, to see how the site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and four events: quote form submitted, WhatsApp link clicked, email link clicked and phone link clicked.
  • Google Ads conversion measurement, to see whether visits that came from our Google ads lead to an enquiry. It records when an email link is clicked and when the thank-you page is reached after a quote form is sent.

Both use cookies; see "Cookies and your consent" below. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address in order to deliver and protect the site.

Enhanced conversions. When you send the quote form, the email address you enter is passed to Google in hashed (encoded) form, so that Google can match the enquiry to an ad click. Google reports these to us only as counts of conversions; we do not receive any information Google holds about you.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information.

2. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and handle your order.
  • To keep a record of our dealings with your company.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
  • To measure which of our Google ads lead to enquiries.

We do not sell your information. Apart from the ad measurement described in section 1, we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who receives it

Enquiries are delivered by email to [email protected] through our email delivery provider, Resend. Files you attach travel with that email; they are not stored on the website. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Analytics and ad-measurement data are processed by Google. These providers process information on our behalf, under their own terms, and may do so on servers outside your country.

Within Relink.Tools, your enquiry is seen only by the staff who handle sales and orders. To fulfil an order we share with our suppliers and carriers only the information they need to make and deliver the goods.

We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

4. International transfer

Relink.Tools is based in Zhuzhou, China. When you send us an enquiry from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in China, and by the providers named above.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for — answering your enquiry, fulfilling orders and maintaining our business relationship — and for as long as the law requires us to keep commercial and accounting records. After that it is deleted or anonymised. The same applies to enquiries and attachments held in our company mailbox; Resend keeps its own delivery logs under its terms. If you ask us to delete your enquiry data sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

7. Cookies and your consent

The only cookies this site sets are those of Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, plus one small cookie that remembers your consent choice.

If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent first: a banner offers "Accept" and "Decline", and the Google tag — Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement — is not loaded unless you accept. If you decline, nothing is sent to Google. Either way, we remember your choice for 30 days and then ask again. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer.

Visitors from other regions are not shown the banner. Wherever you are, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

8. Links to other sites

The site links to WhatsApp and to our pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is governed by them.

9. Fraud warning

We send payment details only from an @relink.tools email address, in the company name shown above. If you receive a message in our name from another address, or a request to pay a different account, do not act on it; confirm with us by phone on +86 150 7410 7929 or +86 731 2833 8048.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
